Recommended use: 2-3x a week in the evenings
Directions: 
Cleanse face and apply toner
Dispense gel and 1-2 bubbles onto the palm using the included spatula
Gently rupture the bubbles with the spatula onto the palm
Rub with fingers to mix the bubbles and the mask
Evenly apply on skin using massaging motion to absorb into skin
Leave it on overnight and wash off with lukewarm water the next morning
Finish with toner and your favorite moisturizer
